hi,
its the end of wk 6 now lost another 1.5lb which i’m pleased about as ive had the wk from hell, well it started off brill then on the Friday my daughter was ill she had a high temp of over 40degrees and we couldn’t get it down so we took her to hospital she had pneumonia shes just 2 she was admitted foe treatment and i stayed with her so being in hospital i had toast 2 mornings but that’s all so i didn’t cheat too bad also on the sat i had a pie and a sandwich i was starving but when your somewhere that only sells carbs its hard not to have carbs but after cheating i did lose 1.5lb which is a total of 19lb up to now.
My daughters back home now so i’m back on track back at the gym and doing ok i’m relly wanting to loseĀ 2lb or more this wk as my losses are getting smaller and smaller so i’ll try really had but i guess going to the gym makes you heavier as muscle weighs heavier than fat but it also gets rid of them inches
